Student and Early-Career Member
Undergraduate students, master's students, doctoral students, early-career researchers, research assistants, and young authors
An academic network and resource service program for students, early-career scholars, researchers, authors, editors, academic practitioners, independent researchers, and scholarly institutions.
The Membership Program provides members with basic academic resources, research project participation channels, academic event information, working paper submission eligibility, Institute resource downloads, scholarly network connections, and collaboration application pathways.
The program supports interdisciplinary research, scholarly publishing studies, policy research, journal indexing and evaluation, early-career scholar development, and global scholarly communication infrastructure.
The Membership Program is not a degree program, academic credential program, professional certification program, or official qualification program. Membership indicates participation in the Institute's scholarly network and access to the resources, information, activities, and application pathways available to the relevant membership category.
Membership does not automatically confer research fellow, visiting scholar, editorial board, adviser, project leader, research center member, or governance status. It does not guarantee paper publication, book publication, journal indexing, database indexing, project admission, recommendation letters, or institutional endorsement.

The Institute does not normally recommend payment before the application has been approved. Unconfirmed payment does not mean that membership has automatically taken effect.
The Institute may request supplementary materials according to the circumstances of the application.
Membership is calculated annually and is valid for 12 months. Before expiry, the Institute may send renewal reminders. Members may choose whether to renew.
If renewal is not completed after the valid term ends, membership benefits, resource access, and website profile display may be suspended or terminated. Renewal does not require the Institute to provide exactly the same benefits. The Institute may adjust benefits, fees, and services according to operational needs and will explain such changes on the website or in member notices.
Membership fees are collected by Panorama Scholarly Group. The recommended payment item is Annual Membership Fee - Panorama Research Institute Membership Program.
After payment, members may request a receipt or invoice according to the actual circumstances. The issuing entity, currency, payment method, and details are subject to the financial arrangements of Panorama Scholarly Group. Bank charges, transfer fees, platform fees, or currency exchange costs are normally borne by the payer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Before membership approval, the Institute normally does not require applicants to pay membership fees. If an applicant mistakenly pays before review or approval, a refund may be requested after verification, although bank charges, transaction fees, remittance fees, or third-party payment platform fees may not be refundable.
After membership has been confirmed, if the certificate has been issued, the profile has been established, resource access has been opened, or membership benefits have begun to be used, the annual membership fee is generally non-refundable. Special cases may be handled by the Institute on a case-by-case basis.
Members may submit working papers, research topics, policy briefs, project participation requests, or cooperation proposals according to their membership category. All submissions are subject to Institute review.
Membership only indicates submission or application eligibility. It does not mean that a manuscript will be published, a project will be admitted, cooperation will be approved, or outputs will necessarily carry authorship or attribution.
If a member violates these rules, the Institute may suspend or terminate membership and revoke related benefits. In serious cases, the Institute may refuse subsequent applications.
Members may accurately use their membership status in personal bios, CVs, or personal webpages.
Members may apply to display a basic member profile on the Institute website. The Institute decides whether to display the profile according to membership category, completeness of information, and website display rules.
Profile display does not represent endorsement of a member's academic ability, institutional qualification, research outputs, or personal views. Members may request modification or removal of their profile.
The Membership Program does not constitute degree education, academic credential certification, professional qualification certification, official certification, or government-recognized programming.
Membership does not automatically confer research fellow, visiting scholar, editorial board, adviser, project leader, research center member, or governance status. It does not guarantee paper publication, book publication, journal acceptance, database indexing, project admission, recommendation letters, ranking improvement, academic evaluation, or institutional endorsement.
Research fellows, visiting scholars, project contributors, advisers, and other academic roles are appointed through separate review, invitation, or formal appointment procedures.
The official form may include the fields listed here. The agreement to membership policy must be checked before submission.
Panorama Research Institute is an internal research and academic development division of Panorama Scholarly Group. It maintains academic independence in its research activities and is not a separate legal entity.
Membership in Panorama Research Institute does not automatically confer any research appointment, fellowship, editorial role, publication guarantee, indexing guarantee, or institutional endorsement.
