Governance Rules
Internal governance rules establishing the procedures, decision-making processes, and operational standards of Panorama Research Institute.
1. Scope and Application
These governance rules apply to all activities conducted under the name of Panorama Research Institute, including research projects, publications, academic events, scholar programs, and collaboration activities.
2. Decision-Making Authority
Institutional decisions are made by the Institute's leadership in accordance with the governance framework of Panorama Scholarly Group. Research decisions within defined parameters may be made by individual research centers and project teams.
3. Research Governance
All research conducted or supported by the Institute must adhere to the Institute's Research Ethics policy. Research projects require approval by the Institute's governance body before commencement.
4. Publication Approval
Publications issued under the Institute's name must be reviewed and approved in accordance with the Publication and Report Policy. Publications must meet defined standards for research quality, accuracy, and ethical compliance.
5. Collaboration Governance
Institutional collaboration agreements are subject to review and approval by the Institute's leadership and, where required, by Panorama Scholarly Group. All collaboration must comply with the Institute's Conflict of Interest Policy.
6. Financial Governance
All financial matters are administered by Panorama Scholarly Group. The Institute does not hold independent financial accounts or enter into financial commitments independently.
7. Amendment of Rules
These governance rules may be amended by the Institute's leadership with the approval of Panorama Scholarly Group. Amendments are subject to the procedures in the Amendment Procedure policy.
