Panorama Research Institute plans to develop a program of training workshops and capacity-building programs for researchers, journal editors, and other scholarly practitioners. Training programs are designed to translate research insights from the Institute's projects into practical skills and knowledge that participants can apply directly in their work.

The Institute's training program is currently in development. The first training programs are planned for 2026, beginning with workshops for journal editors on editorial standards and publication ethics.
