Logo and Name Usage Guidelines

Official guidelines for the correct use of Panorama Research Institute's name, logo, and visual identity in publications, presentations, events, and digital communications.

Usage Notice

Panorama Research Institute's name and logo may only be used in connection with work that has been formally authorized by the Institute. Unauthorized use of the Institute's name or logo — including in publications, events, websites, or communications — is prohibited without explicit written permission.

Permitted Uses

The Institute's name and logo may be used by:

Research Fellows, Associate Research Fellows, and Visiting Scholars, in connection with work conducted under the Institute's auspices
Co-authors of Institute publications, in citing their affiliation with the Institute
Partner institutions, when referencing cooperation with the Institute in formal documents
Event co-organizers, in event materials that have been approved by the Institute's Events Unit
Media and press, in accurate factual reporting about the Institute and its activities

Prohibited Uses

The following uses of the Institute's name and logo are explicitly prohibited:

Implying Institute endorsement of a position, product, publication, or event that has not been formally authorized by the Institute
Using the Institute's name or logo in connection with commercial activities without explicit written permission
Altering, distorting, or combining the Institute's logo with other visual elements
Using the Institute's name or logo to represent affiliation that does not exist or has ended
Including the Institute's name in the title or cover of a publication that the Institute has not formally approved

Name Usage

When referring to the Institute in text, use the following forms:

Full name: Panorama Research Institute
Short form (after first mention): the Institute
With parent entity: "Panorama Research Institute, an internal research division of Panorama Scholarly Group"
In formal instruments: "Panorama Research Institute (an internal research division of Panorama Scholarly Group)"

Logo Usage

When using the Institute's logo, follow these requirements:

Use only the official logo files available from the Institute's Publications Unit
Maintain the minimum clear space around the logo (equal to the height of the 'P' in PANORAMA on all sides)
Do not scale the logo below 24px height in digital use or 15mm in print
Use the dark version (PANORAMA on dark or white backgrounds); use the light version (PANORAMA in white) on dark backgrounds only
Do not use the logo at reduced opacity, in outline only, or in non-brand colours
