Publication & Report Policy

Standards and procedures for research reports, working papers, policy briefs, edited volumes, and other publications issued under the Institute's name.

Scope

This policy applies to all publications issued under the name of Panorama Research Institute, including research reports, working papers, policy briefs, edited volumes, conference proceedings, and annual reports.

Publication Standards

All publications must meet the Institute's quality standards for research rigor, accuracy, clarity, and compliance with research ethics principles. Publications must be original and must not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Approval Process

All publications must be reviewed and approved by designated reviewers before release. Working papers may follow an expedited review process. Research reports and edited volumes require more comprehensive review.

Authorship Policy

Authorship must reflect genuine intellectual contribution. All authors must approve the final version before publication. Acknowledgements must accurately credit all other contributors.

Disclosure Requirements

Publications must disclose the Institute's affiliation with Panorama Scholarly Group and any relevant funding sources, conflicts of interest, or institutional relationships.

Open Access

The Institute supports open access to its research outputs. Publications are made publicly available on the Institute's website where possible. Embargo periods may apply in specific circumstances.

Copyright and Licensing

Copyright in Institute publications is held by Panorama Scholarly Group. Publications are typically released under Creative Commons licensing where appropriate. Specific licensing terms are stated in each publication.

Retraction and Correction

If errors or misconduct are identified in a publication, the Institute will issue corrections or retractions as appropriate. Retraction notices will be clearly identified and permanently associated with the original publication.
